Today, April 24, 2024, protests continue at the Trade Registry Office next to the Prahova Court and at all Registry Offices in the country. The trade unionists want the elimination of existing salary inequities at the level of the institution.

On the posters carried by the protesters in Prahova, the messages could be read: “The last from JUSTICE !!!!”, “Decent salaries in ONRC !!!”, “Stop discrimination !!!” or “Always sacrifice, never respect !!!”

We remind you that the Trade Union of Employees of the National Office of the Trade Register (SAONRC) triggered a series of protests at the national level.

“(…) The Trade Union of the Employees of the National Office of the Trade Register (SAONRC), affiliated to the PUBLISIND Federation and the National Trade Union Bloc – launches protests against salary inequities and discrimination of ONRC employees compared to other categories of employees from the occupational justice family, disproportionate treatment in relation to the importance of the activities carried out and the level of complexity of the work performed by ONRC employees in the current economic and financial context marked by the obligations related to the implementation of the PNRR.

SAONRC asks the Romanian Government to take urgent steps to increase salaries by 15%, considering the fact that ONRC is the public institution with the lowest salary level in the judiciary. At the same time, we demand the granting of the increased risk and neuropsychic overload, a right that is granted to all other categories of employees from the “Justice” occupational family (…)”, the SAONRC press release states.

Today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, starting at 1:30 p.m., protests are scheduled, organized at the national level, in front of the institutions.

If even after tomorrow, the third day of protests, they will not be taken into account, the protesters will gather, on April 26, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Justice.
