According to the federation, the wage increases proposed by the Government do not cover the inflation rate.

The most affected hospitals are the County Emergency Hospital, the Clujana Municipal Hospital, but also the Infectious Diseases Clinic.

Therefore, between 12:00 and 13:00 it would be better to avoid going to these health facilities, where, by the way, most of the members of the Solidarity Health union are.

The main claims are related to salaries, firstly the salary level, then the method of calculation of premiums and bonuses, because if the salary is one, the calculation of bonuses and bonuses is made in relation to other salaries, to other incomes, namely incomes from the years 2022-2023. So, even the method of calculation is very complicated, because, for example, salary increases are calculated on the income of the year 2022, and weekend premiums, on public holidays, are calculated on the level of the income of the year 2023.

That is precisely why the trade unionists are dissatisfied and say that at the end of this year they will practically be at a loss, even if there were wage increases during 2024, they will not cover the inflation rate both this year and in previous years and in because of these calculation methods.
