“On the night of April 2 to 3, policemen from the Turceni City Police identified a 58-year-old man in traffic, from the municipality of Alexandria, Teleorman county, while he was driving a van, on DN 66 Cursaru, and following the checks carried out in the databases it was established that he appears with the right to drive suspended. The traffic policemen tested the car encoder with the breathalyzer device, resulting in a concentration of 0.17 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air.
