You’re growing. Supervision for the works regarding the establishment of a collection center by voluntary contribution

Mărășești City Hall is looking for site management services on SEAP for the execution of works related to the investment “Establishment of a collection center through voluntary contribution in Mărășești City, Vrancea County”, the value of the contract being estimated at 40,000 lei. The project is a large one, with Mărășești City Hall obtaining non-refundable funding for its implementation, through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

As explained in the project, waste that cannot be collected in the “door-to-door” system will be able to be stored and collected separately at the voluntary collection center. This includes recyclable waste and bio-waste that cannot be collected in individual bins, bulky waste, textiles, wood waste, furniture, clothing waste, electrical and electronic equipment waste, used batteries, hazardous waste, and even corpse waste animal waste, garden waste or construction and demolition waste.

And at the end of the execution, the center will have a partially covered carriageway platform, a pedestrian walkway, green space, fencing, car access gate, lighting poles, and all the necessary utilities will also be provided. And, as explained in the auction held now, “in order for the project to be successfully implemented, in accordance with the provisions of the financing contract concluded (…), the contracting authority has the obligation to ensure the site management in order to carry out the investment works (…) through attested specialists, other than the elaboration specialists of PROJECT“.

On the other hand, it is further detailed in the documentation, “the purpose of the services (…) is to increase the quality level of the works, to offer the beneficiary the guarantee that the executor to whom the works execution contract was assigned will fulfill all the responsibilities assumed by the contract, will comply with the legal provisions, technical regulations, projects and manual tasks“.

Also in the documentation it is explained that “the contract enters into force on the date of signing by both parties and will produce its effects throughout the period of execution of works at the objective “Establishment of a collection center by voluntary contribution in the City of Mărășești, Vrancea County”, for the entire warranty period granted to the works by the executor, ending after the final reception of the objective, respectively the expiration of the warranty period of the works. (…) If the period of execution of the works will be extended, the contract will be extended by right, by means of an additional act, for the same period, without any additional costs“.
