ROMANIA BRAILA COUNTY BRAILA MUNICIPALITY MAYOR. PROVISION No. 1456 of 01.04.2024

Looking: The modification availableÞStreet of the Mayor of Brăila Municipality no. 2948/15.06.2023 relating to “Poli empowermentÞandANDlocal workers within the POLIÞIEI LOCALE BRAILA to find contraventionÞIIIe ANDapply to himÞcontraventionsÞprovided by some normative acts”.

THE MAYOR OF BRAILA MUNICIPALITY

Given the Poli addressÞiei Locale Brăila no. 2074/12.03.2024, registered at Brăila City Hall with no. 42286/12.03.2024 by which the specialized report drawn up by the Legal Service, Human Resources was submitted ANDi RelaÞii Public;

Seeing the report drawn up by the Litigation Legal Service within DirecÞTake Litigation Legal AdministrationÞie Local Public;

Þtaking into account the provisions of art. 15 para. (2) ANDand art. 21 para. (2) from OGR no. 2/2001, regarding the legal regime of contravenÞii, with the modifications ANDand subsequent additions;

In accordance with the provisions of the Poli LawÞtake Local no. 155/2010, republished, with changes ANDand subsequent additions, of HGR no. 1332/2010, regarding the approval of the Regulation – organizational framework ANDi workÞpoly ionizationÞtake local, such as ANDand of art. 59 ANDand art. 60 of Law no. 24/2000, republished, regarding the legislative technical norms for the elaboration of normative acts, with the amendments ANDand subsequent additions;

Pursuant to art. 155 para. (1) lit. e) ANDand art. 196 para. (1) lit. b) from GEO no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, with amendments ANDand subsequent additions;

AVAILABLE:

Item Paragraph is amended. (2) art. 1 of availableÞto the Mayor of Braila Municipality no. 2948/15.06.2023which will have the following content:

“(2) By way of exceptionÞie, misdemeanorÞi established in the normative acts from points 3 ANDand 20 of annex no. 1, respectively Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction executionÞDISCLOSURES ANDand some measures for housingÞthem, republished, with the changes ANDand subsequent additions, such as ANDi Law no. 185/2013 regarding the location ANDand the authorization of advertising means, republished, with the changes ANDand subsequent additions, are determined by the polesÞandANDlocal tii providedÞand in annex no. 2, the application of sanctionsÞof June to be carried out by Mr. Tănase Georgică – Executive Director, respectively Mr. Moise Marian – ANDOffice”.

Article II The other provisions of availableÞStreet of the Mayor of Brăila Municipality no. 2948/15.06.2023, remain unchanged.
