Compared to what is written in them, I don’t think that anything good is waiting for us and it is necessary to put aside all the ideas that any alarm signal is a conspiracy and to start thinking about your life.
These bills must not become laws and be applied, because they will do what they want with us!
It is about:
1. a new national defense law: in which they forget about national defense, they only talk about the collective defense within NATO, the EU and “some coalitions”, the command of the Romanian army can be transferred to “anyone”, the principles of the military doctrine of the Romanian state no longer matter , and in case of armed aggression, ALL HUMAN RESOURCES are engaged (there is no longer any rule as in the current law: “Human resources are made up of the entire population CAPABLE OF EFFORT FOR NATIONAL DEFENSE, so the CSAT can dispose what it wants and do with we what they want)
FORGET art 118 paragraph 1 of the Constitution: “The army is subordinated EXCLUSIVELY TO THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE…”

They told him a new law so that he could remove from the current one and put in different ones that are not noticeable.
The General Staff of the Defense, the military, the officers of the Romanian Army, where the hell are you?
Have you really forgotten the oath, the Constitution, everything?
Did those people from NATO take your mind that they took you into account and nothing matters to you anymore? Nor the lives of your families?
Do you really accept the passing of a law according to which Romania’s territory can be transformed into a battlefield and some can do whatever they want on Romania’s territory?

2. A so-called law on the National System of Integrated Management of Crisis Situations
This under the conditions we already have: GEO no. 1/1999 regarding regarding the regime of the state of siege and the regime of the state of emergency and GEO no. 21/2004 regarding the National Emergency Management System (which it does not repeal).
It legislates in parallel, in addition to these, “covering” the states regulated by them, which it puts under the term “crisis”.
Crisis = anything (threatening regional, national, international living conditions, health, environment, property, political, economic, social stability, public order, national security and defense and “other constitutional values”).
The approval of the answer options is done by the decision of the CSAT (that is, a secret act, of which we have no knowledge).
THE REAL PURPOSE OF THIS MESS OF LAWS = “integrated application of crisis response measures IN COORDINATION WITH NATO AND EU”
In other words, whatever situation arises, NOTHING IS DECIDED AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL AND THE MEASURES DECIDED BY OTHERS (NATO, EU) ARE AGAIN IMPOSED ON US.

PS: so that you understand that it is neither to be ignored nor to be joked about on this topic, I remind you: GEO no. 1/1999 (on the basis of which the state of emergency was declared in March 2020) was amended in 2019. Why? “Because of NATO”. And I saw what it meant and how it was applied.
