A man went into cardio-respiratory arrest on Tuesday, in the town of Cârligele in Vrancea county, after he was trapped under a solar house blown down by the wind. After being resuscitated, he was transported to the hospital. In the county, 43 localities are not supplied with electricity.

According to ISU Vrancea, following the strong wind, the firefighters acted to clear some unstable roof elements and a tree that fell on a car, in the municipality of Focsani.

At the same time, they intervened to remove a person trapped under an agricultural solar, in the town of Cârligele, the victim being in cardio-respiratory arrest and undergoing resuscitation maneuvers by the SMURD crew. Later, she – a man – was transported by an SAJ ambulance to the hospital, being in a coma.

Also, according to the electricity distribution company, in Vrancea county there are 43 localities not supplied with electricity, 13,218 subscribers being affected.
