In April, the Timiș Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture organizes professional training courses for specialization, qualification and training based on the accreditations issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity and the Ministry of Education.

Learners benefit from practical experience – interactive training sessions, application of acquired knowledge in real contexts, personalized courses – programs adapted to the level of experience and specific needs, recognized certification – nationally and internationally recognized qualification certificates and high quality mentoring – guidance and support from experts.

In April, the courses include the following training programs:

– Training session on labor legislation and REVISAL – 20 hours, between April 22-27, a general course on labor legislation for the public and private sector, updated with the legislative changes since the training session took place

– Accountant with the use of the computer in the SAGA program – 180 hours, between April 8 and June 11, course in the effective use of the computer in the SAGA program to efficiently manage a company’s accounting, from invoicing and payroll to fiscal and accounting reporting

– Responsible for the environment – 180 hours, between April 8 and May 25, course aimed at those interested in managing environmental processes, holders of authorized activities from the point of view of environmental protection and economic agents that generate industrial waste. In accordance with the provisions of GEO no. 92/2021 regarding the waste regime, art. 23, para. 4 and 5, “in order to fulfill the legal obligations regarding waste management, the owner of an activity, for which the competent authority for environmental protection has issued an environmental permit/integrated environmental permit, is obliged to designate a person from among its own employees or delegate this obligation to a third party.

The designated persons, provided for in para. (4), they must be trained in the field of waste generation prevention and waste management, including in the field of hazardous substances, as a result of graduating from nationally recognized training and specialization programs according to Government Ordinance no. 129/2000 on the vocational training of adults, with subsequent amendments and additions”

– Archivist – 180 hours, from April 22 to June 11, course intended for people who either hold the position of archivist or perform archival duties at the level of an organization and want to update their knowledge, or for people who want to develop their skills in this field sense. The archivist course is mandatory on the labor market and according to Art. 31 of the National Archives Law no. 16/1996 every public or private organization has the obligation to organize an archive department, managed by qualified personnel

– Responsible for the protection of personal data – 180 hours, course aimed at those responsible for the protection of personal data, in order to consolidate specific knowledge: the legislation in force, the rights of the data subjects, the security measures necessary to protect the data, the way of managing security incidents

– Hygiene – April 24, course conducted in accordance with Order no. 2209/4469/2022 on the approval of the methodology for the organization and certification of the professional training of staff on the acquisition of the fundamental notions of hygiene and HG857/2011, on the establishment and sanctioning of contraventions of the rules in the field public health, cf. Art. 5. which establishes as a “contravention” and is sanctioned with a fine from 500 lei to 1,000 lei for natural persons, respectively with a fine from 5,000 lei to 10,000 lei for legal persons, employment and/or maintaining in units that carry out production and marketing of food products, public and collective food, services and production of drinking water, as well as body maintenance services of personnel without the professional training certificate regarding the acquisition of the fundamental notions of hygiene, according to the regulations in force”
