VIDEO Works launched on the only highway in Romania built by Chinese contractors

The Chinese builder has started work, partially, on Lot 3 North of the Bucharest Motorway.

Profit.ro previously announced that the authorities approved the launch of new works on the Bucharest Highway, on the section won by the Chinese company China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation.

The route of Lot 3 North is included in the territory of Ilfov county between DN2 near the town of Afumati and DN3, in the area of ​​the town of Cernica.

Contract signed in May 2021. 9.5km between DN1 and A3 opened in November 2023
