Several employees from the ATI Department of the Neamț County Hospital are experiencing a real drama. They found themselves sold debtors after guaranteeing a colleague who took several loans from CAR.
The damage reaches over 130,000 euros, a debt that cannot be paid off in a lifetime. All 16 employees have their accounts blocked.
It all started in the year 2022, when the nurse managed to convince her colleagues that she had some serious health problems in the family and needed guarantors for a loan.

“I felt pity the first time he told me that he had such problems, that it was about health. Half of my salary is withheld, I also have an installment and I remain… I don’t even have anything to deal with. No he answers the phone, he doesn’t answer messages from last year in October”, confesses one of the injured persons.
The nurse was used by her colleagues to borrow from several CARs, without their knowledge, causing a damage of over 130,000 euros.
“She was coming, crying that she also had problems with her mother, that she took her to an old people’s home, with her daughter, with her husband, that I don’t know what got into her head, her brain, and that she must get to Bucharest.
Since January, I have had half of my salary garnished, considering that I also have my loans, I have a family, I have children, I still have 600 lei in my hand after a month of work. He doesn’t want to communicate with us,” says another injured nurse.

“She changed her car, bought another car, sends the girl on a trip to Dubai, that is, the lady walks, drives with all the treatment given by the psychiatrist. I got in touch with her husband who knows absolutely nothing as if that money spent with us”, is the testimony of another damaged person.
“We found out about this problem after the conflict broke out because we were not notified by the injured persons. Because of this, we could not do anything to prevent this situation”, said Dumitru Nastasă, spokesperson of the Neamt County Hospital

Now, the nurse’s colleagues risk being put out on the street with their families, because they cannot pay their own installments at home. They complained to the police.
