“By giving you will gain”

Just like in the past years, around the Romanian Police Day, the police officers from the Vrancea County Police Inspectorate carried out a blood donation campaign, planned in the context of the anniversary of 202 years of tradition and continuity in the service of the citizens.

Because blood means life, dozens of Vranci policemen extended a helping hand to those in distress and to encourage the community by their example.

Empathy for fellow human beings along with the availability and professionalism of the team at the Vrancea Blood Transfusion Center causes the police to return whenever possible.

By their example, the police want to encourage as many people as possible to donate blood to save lives.

Among the colleagues who joined the campaign, two are inseparable! Vlad and Alexandru were born a few minutes apart from each other and since then, the twins have been united and supportive: schoolmates, including at the Câmpina Police Officers School – 2023 promotion.

In just 10 minutes, as long as the blood donation lasts, the 450 ml of blood can save 3 lives.

During the ten days of donation, through a simple gesture, but which can save lives, drops of life went from the Vrânci policemen to the people in suffering.

And, because the need for blood is permanent, we continue to mobilize for this purpose throughout the year, with the next campaign being planned as every year, around June 14 – World Blood Donor Day.

You can help too! You can help suffering people!

Donate blood! Your blood can be a miracle for a new life!

Life is in YOUR blood!
