The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) makes available to taxpayers the Online Appointments electronic service, through which individual and legal taxpayers can register online before going to the tax offices. Those who schedule online are received by the structure that is responsible for resolving the request of the taxpayers, at the date and time chosen by them.
The structures that serve taxpayers who register online are: tax declarations for natural persons, tax declarations for legal persons, records per payer for natural persons, records for payer for legal persons, enforced execution for natural persons, enforced execution for legal persons, notices and authorizations (cash registers) , fiscal record, assistance to taxpayers, avoidance of double taxation, according to a press release issued by AJFP Galati.
Accessing the online scheduling service can be done from the Virtual Private Space or directly from the ANAF website, Online Services section.
Before choosing to schedule online, AJFP Galați recommends taxpayers to try to find answers to their problems by consulting the guides and informative materials available on the ANAF website in the Taxpayer Assistance/Services offered to taxpayers section, calling the call center service at the number by phone 031.403.91.60 or using the unique contact form, available in the Virtual Private Space (SPV) and on the ANAF website.
