There was an earthquake on Thursday morning in Romania. According to information from specialists, the earthquake occurred in Moldova, in Neamț County.
According to the National Research and Development Institute for Earth Physics, the earthquake occurred on Thursday morning at 08:36. And it was 3.3 on the Richter scale.

“On March 28, 2024 at 08:36:51 (local time of Romania) a weak earthquake occurred in MOLDOVA, NEAMȚ, with a magnitude of ml 3.3, at a depth of 12.9km.
The earthquake occurred near the following cities: 20km W of Piatra Neamț, 65km W of Roman, 76km NW of Bacău, 78km S of Suceava“, according to infp.ro.
The most recent earthquake recorded in Romania occurred in the Vrancea seismic zone, Buzau, on March 24, at 03:33. It was a weak earthquake, measuring 2.6 on the Richter scale, which occurred at a depth of 147 kilometers.
Also, on March 10, two earthquakes, both of 3.4 degrees, occurred in Moldova, Bacău (at 10:42 p.m.), respectively in the Vrancea seismic zone, Vrancea county (in the morning of March 10, at 10:37).
At the same time, in the afternoon of March 5, an earthquake of 3.9 degrees on the Richter scale, at a depth of 128.8 kilometers, occurred in Vrancea county at 15:12.
