Code yellow in Satu Mare. When the weather warning expires

The National Meteorological Administration has issued two Code Yellow warnings valid for Satu Mare county. Thus, until tomorrow morning, Satu Mare county will be under a strong wind warning, meteorologists warn.

ANM issued this morning several warnings regarding wind intensifications. Thus, between March 28, 10 a.m. and March 28, 8 p.m., meteorologists warn that we will face wind speeds that can even reach 65 km/h.

“The wind will intensify in Dobrogea, southeastern Moldova, eastern Muntenia, Crisana, locally in Transylvania and Maramureș, in the Apuseni Mountains and in the Eastern Carpathians, where there will be speeds in general of 55…65 km/h, and at high altitudes gusts will exceed 90 km/h”, say meteorologists.

The bad weather will continue during the evening, and the second warning, valid including for Satu Mare county, will expire tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock.

“During the night from Thursday to Friday (March 28/29) in Crisana, Maramureș, north-west Moldova and locally in Transylvania, the wind will show intensification with speeds generally of 55…65 km/h, and in the high area of ​​the Apuseni Mountains and the Eastern Carpathians, the gusts will exceed 90…100 km/h”, say the ANM.
