Alba Iulia City Hall is looking for companies to ensure the cleaning and disinfection of the areas where there are waste collection points in the municipality.

It is about the more than 100 underground and above-ground garbage platforms.

The city hall launched the direct purchase procedure on March 25. The object is “the cleaning and disinfection of underground and above-ground platforms in the municipality of Alba Iulia.

These services will be provided for:

• 65 above-ground platforms equipped with 371 modular containers (modules)
• 42 underground platforms equipped with 192 insert baskets (stainless steel)

The value of the contract

The estimated value of the contract is 265,000 lei without VAT. The services will be provided between April 1 and December 2024 (10 months).

Dust/mud will be removed from the outer surfaces of the containers with a pressurized water jet and brushes. Disinfection is done with substances on previously cleaned external surfaces.
