Sara, Tina and Bruno the stars of the Police Day demonstrations in Alba Iulia: The dogs participate in patrol and intervention missions

As part of the activities carried out on the occasion of the anniversary of 202 years of service in the service of the community, on Police Day, 3 special members also participated in the events. It’s about the puppies Sara and Tina but also the dog Bruno.

The puppies Sara and Tina, who are from the same generation, are 6 years old and are specialized, among others, in patrolling and intervention. This means that, in addition to regular patrol missions, they also participate in events with a higher degree of difficulty, for example scandals or moments when they are needed to restore public order and peace.

As far as Bruno the dog is concerned, he is only at the beginning of his career. At 9 months, he is in the pre-training period, in which he gets used to his handler and becomes attached to it. When he approaches the age of 1 year, at which dogs have a very high receptivity, he will go to Sibiu, to the cynological center for the training period. There he will be prepared for the missions and activities he will have in his police career.
