Alec Baldwin was the protagonist of a moment that went viral on social networks. The actor was in a cafe in New York when a woman came up to him, filming him with a phone and obsessively asking him “why did he kill that lady”, referring to the case of Halyna Hutchins from the set “Rust”.

Although the actor initially tried to keep his cool and ignore the woman who, according to The Mirror, is an anti-Israel activist, he eventually lost his temper and punched her phone was pointing at him.

An employee of the cafe tried to ask the protester outside, but she insisted on filming Alec, and after the Hollywood star finished her phone call, he walked to the front door and motioned for the woman to leave the location. She approached the actor and proceeded to film him confronting him about the fatal shooting on the set of “Rust” and trying to get him to say “Free Palestine” on camera.

“Why did you kill that lady? You killed her and you didn’t get jail time”the activist can be heard in the background of the video published on her Twitter account.

The woman also implored the 66-year-old actor to say: “To hell with Israel, to hell with Zionism” and “Free Palestine”. “Clothes, Alec, just one time and I’ll leave you alone. I’ll leave you alone, I swear, just say free Palestine just once”the activist is heard saying.

At that point, Alec asks the cafe employee to call the police and approaches the woman, punching her cellphone.
