The owner of the bistro talked about the ways in which he tried to find staff for his restaurant, but especially how, despite a good salary offered, no one was interested: “Honestly, I don’t know which way to go to try to find some employees. I placed ads, made numerous investments on specialized websites and social networks, but at the moment, although I also had targeted sponsorships, I received only one response.
We offer full-time and permanent commercial contracts, but this does not seem to be of interest.”, said the Italian, according to Il Gazzettino.
