A new Russian attack took place in Odessa. A rocket hit a building nicknamed by the locals “Harry Potter’s castle” and which houses the Faculty of Law. At least four people were killed and 32 were injured.

Missile fragments were found scattered over a radius of several hundred meters.

The head of the strategic communications center of the Defense Forces operating in the south, Dmitri Pletenchuk, noted that the nature of the damage caused suggests that the attack targeted civilians and residential housing.
