“There is nothing I hate more in the world than betrayal, lies and hypocrisy. Unfortunately, many of those who betray easily or indulge in hidden deals that only serve their own interests are people you support and support. Just as many of those who betray easily, in the most important moments, forget the big words and the promises made. It is also the case of Andrei Tinu, the one whom the Republican Party supported to be the candidate for the District 2 City Hall. Although the signals we received in recent weeks regarding him indicated a lack of loyalty on his part to the Republican project and a return to the pesedist “mother”, I chose to trust him going forward, relying on the promises he made. However, the suspicions regarding Andrei Tinu have increased in recent days, especially those related to a table of his with the PSD for Sector 2. Marian Cucșa claims that “precisely for this reason, even if the Republican Party will no longer have a candidate for the City Hall of Sector 2, but with the desire not to be tainted by accusations of collusion with the PSD, we decided to withdraw the candidacy of Andrei Tinu for the position of mayor and to support the AUR list for the Local Council of Sector 2”.

“At the same time, I want it to be very clear that neither Andrei Tinu nor those who chose to betray the Republican Party with him no longer have membership status, nor will they have anything to look for in the party,” the Republican Party leader added.
