A fox cub was saved from death after it was discovered in a canal on the outskirts of Cluj-Napoca.

A fire crew arrived to help the quadruped, as well as a representative of the Organization for Environmental Protection and Combating Poaching, who brought a special cage in which the animal was transported back to the forest.
After being carefully checked for injury, the fox cub was released.
