Ranked eighth on the lists submitted by AUR for the European Parliament elections, Laura Gherasim submitted an impressive wealth declaration.

Laura Gherasim, former moderator at TVR, and her husband, businessman Daniel Gherasim, own numerous assets, according to the wealth declaration she filled out as a candidate for the European Parliament elections from the AUR. According to the document cited by Fanatik, the Gherasim family has an inner-city plot of 1,200 square meters in Bucharest (bought in 2024) and six other inner-city plots in Arad, bought in 2018, with areas between 2,261 and 33,625 square meters. The Gherasims also have a commercial space and an office with an area of ​​78.78 square meters, bought in 2012, a commercial building of 112 square meters, bought in 2024, another commercial building of 60 square meters, also bought this year. All are located in Bucharest. Also in 2024, the Gerasims purchased two more commercial spaces, of 73 square meters and 35 square meters, respectively, as well as an annex of 35 square meters. They also own houses and terraces with a total area of ​​419.63 square meters, bought in 2022. In the same year, the Gerasim family also bought four parking spaces and a speaker. The two also have a Mercedes Benz car, manufactured in 2017, gold watches worth 75,000 euros and gold jewelry worth 100,000 euros.

They sold a plot of land for over 4 million Euros!

The asset declaration cited by Fanatik also shows that Laura Gherasim sold, last year, a plot of land to the company Lidl Romania, the amount obtained being huge – 4,176,300 euros. However, the Gerasim family has only one bank account, in which there are 1,750,000 lei (approximately 350,000 euros). Laura Gherasim also noted that she received a salary of 38,000 lei, without mentioning from which company. Instead, he wrote that he received dividends of 540,000 lei from the company ACG Construction&Projects SRL, in which he is a sole partner and administrator/general manager. The company specializes in engineering and technical consulting activities and has concluded several contracts with the state.
