Father Constantin Necula shared his profound wisdom about time, prayer and the importance of understanding Jesus Christ in our lives, in the program De-a Viața Ascunselea with Florentina Fântânaru, from Antena 3 CNN.

Asked about the nature of time and how it affects our existence, the father said:

“It seems to us that time passes, we pass, and time has no business. We should understand what Brâncusi said that every time we are children we sleep in bed and in old age we sleep on flights to the sky. This is time.

We put the watch on our wrist only to measure our haste. Time is rough on us and changes our lives. It’s like an eroding river,” Father Necula said.

Regarding the state of mind during these days of celebration, the father emphasized the importance of the connection with Christ:

“Linked to Christ. Today everyone must say with certainty “Christ is Risen”.

It is important to understand that the main thing today is Jesus Christ. We could be happy if we gave him room in our soul. When there is nothing left to do, He is the one who does. If you haven’t lost Christ, you are a boyar.

The less you struggle and stir, the more the holy spirit sits down and works with you to discover what the face of the Father is.

“God is the uncreated energy that manifests itself through creation and through all His care for us.

He gave us a day, full of the beauty of the Resurrection. This is the Resurrection, in fact, a diffused light that is kept alive in all of the world. If we learn this, we are truly saved,” said Father Necula.
