On Monday, April 29, the AUR party submitted Mihai Enache’s candidacy for the Capital City Hall to the Municipal Electoral Office.
AUR President George Simion stated that he will go with him every day to campaign.
“I will go every day with Mihai Enache, precisely because I am sick of what offer there is at this moment for the residents of Bucharest. We will campaign, and those who advertise obviously false opinion polls for larger or smaller amounts will be contradicted by the results at the end of June 9. I am as determined as possible to support the AUR offer for the Bucharest City Hall, I have received all kinds of diversionary attempts, names circulated as AUR candidates, we go with ours and fight for the people of Bucharest”, declared George Simion during the event of submitting the candidacy.
Mihai Enache, AUR candidate for the Capital City Hall, stated that he has over 8 years of experience in the local public administration of Bucharest and that he has managed budgets of hundreds of millions of euros, financed from European funds, which are functional today and have changed for the better the life of the citizens of Bucharest and listed the Tudor Arghezi metro station, the parking lot that provides this station with a direct connection to the people, the dental hospital, swimming pool or schools.
“The people of Bucharest expect results from too many mandates from the general mayor, they also had high expectations from the current mayor, Nicuşor Dan, after the great disappointment of Gabriela Firea’s mandate. It is easy to follow Nicusor Dan’s electoral program to see that he did not fulfill even one promise of all the lies in 2020 with which he deceived the citizens of Bucharest,” said Enache.
He also stated that the solutions for Bucharest exist, we hear them in every election campaign, but they must be implemented in the field by a specialist with training and experience in local public administration, and that specialist is him.
