The Reșita City Hall, the Reșita Local Development Agency and MKBT: Make Better have prepared an unmissable event for the entire community: Open Day in the Mociur – Triaj – Valea Țerovei development area.

Residents of Resisi are expected, today, April 26, at 3 p.m., in the Valea Țerovei Industrial Park (GPS coordinates: https://maps.app.goo.gl/cfHKXuT4v7ob6k7DA) to see how the former industrial platform is transformed into a development area with multiple functions – residential, commercial, leisure, industrial.

The open day in the Mociur – Triaj – Valea Țerovoi development area will take place according to the following schedule:

  • 3:00 p.m. – Opening of the exhibition about the pre- and post-decembrist industry in the Mociur – Triaj – Valea Țerovei development area;
  • 3:30 p.m. – guided tour of the Mociur site;
  • 16.00 – guided tour II site Mociur.

“For the guided tours on the Mociur site, appropriate clothing for the construction area is required. They start from the exhibition location. The estimated duration of a tour is about an hour and includes a visit to the museum initiative MIC – Mociur Industrial Collection”stated the administrator of the Reșita Local Development Agency, Oana Borza.

From 18.00, visitors are expected at the Art and Industry Fair on Traian Lalescu Street no. 27, at Atelier Reșita – Presentation and exhibition of urban planning projects by students from the Faculty of Architecture, Politehnica University Timișoara. The action will be followed by screenings of short films about the Resița industry.

“The purpose of the event is to provide the opportunity for citizens of all age groups to (re)discover the industrial past of this area, as well as its current and future development prospects”stated Oana Borza.
