On the evening of Wednesday, April 24, there was a serious accident on E 81, within the radius of Șardu, Sânpaul commune, Cluj county. 2 vans and a car were involved in the accident.
“Firefighters from Detachment 1 Cluj-Napoca and the Aghireșu Guard intervened this evening at a serious road accident on E 81, within the radius of Șardu, Sânpaul commune.
Two special vehicles with extrication mode, two SMURD crews and a SAJ crew arrived at the scene, where they found a damaged car and two vans. In one of the vehicles there was a man incarcerated, aged about 30 years, who had multiple traumas and loss of consciousness.
The firemen acted immediately, with the equipment provided, to ensure access to the victim stuck in the car, as well as to extricate and extract him without aggravating the injuries suffered.
The man was extracted and handed over to the SMURD crew, mobile intensive care type, for emergency medical assistance and transport to the hospital. According to the first assessments, the man is in a serious condition.
Two other men were consulted at the scene of the accident, by the SMURD and SAJ crews, and were then transported to the hospital for medical care. According to the first evaluations, they were aware and cooperative”, reported ISU Cluj, which intervened at the scene of the tragedy with first aid crews.
