Serious accident in Bucharest. A tram hit an ambulance from Calarasi that was transporting a patient to the Floreasca hospital

--

The military firefighters from Calarasi carried out preventive information activities and evacuation exercises in case of fire at the “Step by Step” Kindergarten in the municipality of Calarasi, on the occasion of the national initiative “Green Week”. The event was attended by specialists from the Community Intervention and Resilience Preparation Service, together with representatives of the Prevention Inspection.

On this occasion, the children were presented with several topics and specific information from the national preventive information campaigns developed at the level of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations:

  • FOC – “Flames Kill Children”,
  • RISK – “Give up! Improvisations are catastrophic!”,
  • “Give up! Safety is not a game of chance!”,
  • “I don’t tremble in an earthquake!”

The ISU says that the children were delighted with everything they saw and were very interested in the entire activity of the military firefighters, their equipment, accessories and emergency vehicles. The children wanted to ask a lot of questions, and the rescuers answered all their requests. Some of those present have already chosen their profession, saying in chorus what they want to do when they grow up: firefighters and SMURD paramedics.

Many of the little ones also wanted to dress up in the emergency equipment of the rescuers and even use the accessories and high-pressure guns of the special vehicles in some demonstration sessions, and the rescuers responded positively to all requests. On this occasion, the children from the “Step by step” Kindergarten were also able to see the interior of the fire truck.
