Accident, yesterday, in Râncaciov.
A 68-year-old man entered a parked car with his scooter.
The man was injured and taken to the hospital by ambulance.
The police tested him with the breathalyzer, and it indicated that he had a breath alcohol level of 0.76 mg/l of pure alcohol.
“The policemen from the Road Bureau were informed about the occurrence of a road accident in Râncaciov.
From the checks carried out, the police found that a 68-year-old man from the Dragomirești commune, while allegedly driving an electric scooter, on county road 702 B, in the town of Râncaciov, from Dragomirești to Ungureni, lost control on the direction of travel and would have collided with a parked car.
As a result of the event, the man was injured, being transported to the hospital for medical care.
At the same time, he was tested with the breathalyzer, showing an alcohol blood level of 0.76 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air.
In the case, the police are continuing the investigations to accurately establish all the circumstances of the occurrence of the event, as well as to order the measures provided by law”, informs IPJ Dâmboviţa.
