From the first investigations carried out on the spot, it emerged that a police car from the Cluj-Napoca Police Department 2, which, according to the first data, was being driven in a priority regime, would have hit a pedestrian on the road side with its mirror, respectively a minor of 11 years.

Following the event, the pedestrian did not require medical attention, as he was not transported to the hospital.

The driver, namely a 38-year-old man, was tested with the breathalyzer, the result being negative.
