Encouraged by the owner of the store, in order to sell, the drunkards of the neighborhood took control of the sidewalk in front of the store and the balcony through who enters the store.
Although there were numerous reports to the local police, they were not able to solve the problem. Rarely, they appear after the phone calls, but surprisingly, 10-15 minutes before, all the drunks in the area disappear. Clearly, someone is announcing to the store that an inspection is coming. After the departure of the useless agents, the mood starts again. And this happens every day.
