On April 2 this year, around 9:30 a.m., police officers from the Năvodari City Police were alerted to the fact that, on Mamaia Nord boulevard, a traffic accident (bumper) occurred. The policemen dispatched to the scene found that the impact occurred between two cars, driven by two women, aged 41 and 58, respectively.

After testing with the device provided, in the case of the 41-year-old woman, indications emerged regarding the possible presence of psychoactive substances. We note that this is not evidence in the criminal case, the person being taken to a medical facility, for the collection of biological samples, in order to accurately establish the consumption of prohibited substances.

On April 2 this year, around 8:20 a.m., police officers from the Road Safety Service identified a 35-year-old man who drove a car, on DJ 226A, without holding a driving license for any vehicle category .

On April 2 this year, at around 4:20 p.m., policemen from the Cernavodă City Police identified a 44-year-old man who drove a car on Crișan Street without holding a driver’s license for any vehicle category.

On April 2 this year, at around 6:40 p.m., police officers from Section 2 of the Cogealac Rural Police identified a 37-year-old man who drove a car on Timocului street in the village of Sinoie, without holding a driving license for no vehicle category.

On April 2 this year, at around 6:20 p.m., police officers from the Road Safety Service identified an 18-year-old man who drove a moped, on DN 39, in Tuzla commune, without holding a driving license for any vehicle category. Following the checks, it was found that the moped is not registered.

On April 2 this year, around 11:40 p.m., police officers from the Road Safety Service identified a 40-year-old man who was driving a car on Tomis Boulevard in Constanța, under the influence of alcoholic beverages. The man was tested with the breathalyzer, the result being 0.95 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air. Later, he was taken to a medical unit, for the taking of biological samples, in order to establish the blood alcohol level.

In all the cases, the criminal investigation file was negotiated.
