11 offers were submitted for the design and execution of two new passages that will streamline road traffic in Oradea and on DN1, at the exit from the town of Oșorhei.
The auction was divided into two lots. The first lot refers to the construction of the overpass at the exit from the town of Oșorhei, towards Cluj. It will have a total length of 402 meters and will be built over the existing roundabout, at the intersection with the road to the town of Fughiu, Oșorhei Ring Road and DN 1. 3 months are planned for design and 10 months for execution.
6 bids were submitted for this passage. One belongs to the company Antrepriza de Reparații si Lucări – ARL Cluj, another to the company Asfamixt, the third association between Madlev Cons and Dacia Faber. Porr Construct and two associations also submitted offers, one consisting of Precon Transilvania, Edildrum Construct and Selina, and the other from Freyrom, Integrated Road Solutions, Inginerie Drumuri si Poduri SRL and Procons SRL. Cthe second lot refers to the construction of an underground passage in Oradea, at the intersection of Oneștilor and Tudor Vladimirescu streets. It would have a length of 191 meters. The term for the design is 2 months, one month for obtaining approvals, and 12 months for the execution of the works. For this passage, 5 offers were submitted: Asfamixt, the association between Construcții Bihor and Tarr Const, between Global Industrial, CML.RO SRL and DP Proiect, between Precon Transilvania, Edildrum and Selina, and between Freyrom, Inginerie Drumuri si Poduri, Integrated Road Solutions and Procons Group. The estimated total value of the two passages is between 86.3 and 95 million lei. The financing of the project is ensured with European funds.
