It is about an accident with extremely serious consequences, which took place in the village of Arsa, in Constanța county. A 64-year-old man got behind the wheel and lost control of the car. He ran into two children on the side of the street, a 9-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy.
He then drove into a bridgehead and ricocheted into two parked cars before coming to rest against the fence of a house.

The 9-year-old child has serious injuries and was rushed to the Constanța county hospital, where she is currently in a coma. The boy escaped with a blow to the head and is in a stable condition.
The police arrived at the scene and tested the driver with the breathalyzer. The man had a blood alcohol level of 0.84 mg per liter of alcohol in pure exhaled air and was taken to the hospital for blood tests. A criminal case was opened against the man for culpable bodily harm. If the 9-year-old girl does not escape alive as a result of this tragedy, the guilty driver will also be investigated for manslaughter and could end up behind bars for many years.
