The police officers from Apahida identified, on March 31, around 01.00, a 32-year-old man, in the town of Vâlcele, after he was involved in a road accident resulting in material damage, being under the influence of alcoholic beverages .

“From the investigations carried out on the spot, it emerged that while he was driving the car on DC 75, in the town of Vâlcele, he allegedly collided with a parked car. When tested with the breathalyzer, the blood alcohol level was recorded at 0.68 mg/ l pure alcohol in the exhaled air, which is why his biological samples were collected at a medical unit”, IPJ Cluj reported.

At the same time, the police found that he does not have a driver’s license for any category of vehicle.

In the case, investigations are being carried out under the aspect of committing the crimes of driving a vehicle without a driver’s license and driving a vehicle on public roads under the influence of alcohol.
