Prince William and Kate have released a never-before-seen photo to celebrate 13 years of marriage

Kate Middleton and Prince William marked 13 years of marriage by posting a never-before-seen black-and-white photo on social media.

Shot by Millie Pilkington, who has immortalized members of the royal family, the photo shows Kate and William smiling in their wedding attire. “Happy Anniversary! Can’t believe it’s been 13 years. Sending you both lots of love on this special day.”

The couple made a habit of posting photos from the event to mark the date. Kate and William got married on April 29, 2011 in Westminster Abbey, the event being watched by 2 billion viewers.

The couple has three children: George, born in 2013, Charlotte, born in 2015, and Louis, born in 2018.

In April 2021, the couple posted a video thanking fans “for their kind messages on their 10th wedding anniversary.” “We are very grateful for the 10 years in which we have been supported.”

Last week, Kate Middleton posted on the social networks of the Kensington Palace a new photo with her youngest son, Prince Louis. He poses smiling while lying on the grass.

This was the first message signed by Kate Middleton since the announcement of the cancer diagnosis, on March 22. Prince William’s wife, who has not disclosed the nature of her illness, has withdrawn from public life while undergoing treatment.
