“Unfortunately, the number of victims of yesterday’s Russian missile attack on Odesa has increased to five people. A man born in 1960 died in hospital. I express my sincere condolences to his family and friends,” the official said.

Kiper also stated that 23 injured people are still hospitalized, eight people are in serious and very serious condition, including a four-year-old girl.

April 30 has been declared a day of mourning in the region, the governor also announced.
