Eight people were injured, on Friday, at the DJ 205 R Coteşti intersection with DN2 – E85, following the collision between a minibus transporting people and a car, one of the victims being in serious condition after being imprisoned.
“The Focşani Fire Department with the SMURD module, namely an extrication vehicle and an SMURD ambulance and an intervention vehicle, intervenes in a road accident on DN2 – E85, in the commune of Coteşti, caused by the collision between a minibus and a car. As a result of the accident, there were eight victims, including an unconscious victim, who remained incarcerated, on whom resuscitation maneuvers are being carried out, and a conscious person, taken over by the SAJ, both from the car. Six other people in the minibus carrying people suffered minor injuries”, says a press release from the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) Vrancea.
According to the quoted source, at the time of the accident, there were 13 people and the driver in the minibus. Traffic in the area takes place alternately, on one direction of traffic.
