Russian military plane, crashed in the Black Sea. According to Mikhail Razvozhayev, the pilot managed to eject in time and was recovered by rescuers from the Sevastopol Rescue Service, about 200 meters from the shore. He stated that the pilot was not injured and that there was no material or civil damage as a result of the crash. However, no clarification was provided on the cause of the crash or the type of aircraft.

Russian Telegram channels broadcast images purportedly of the plane on fire and falling over the occupied peninsula, as well as the ejected pilot’s parachute. According to the Crimean Wind Telegram channel, the plane was allegedly shot down by Russian forces over Sevastopol after taking off from the Belbek military airfield.

Although the exact model of the plane is unclear, apparent images show a fighter jet, identified by some channels as an Su-35 or Su-27.

Ukrainian officials have not commented on the claims, which cannot be independently verified. Significant losses were also reported in February and March among the Russian Air Force, including the loss of Su-34, Su-35 fighter jets and a rare A-50 military spy plane.
