INCUBCENTER, TOPMED and ROMUR – “Golden Rooster”, pay only 50% tax on buildings and land –

Today, the local councilors in Târgu Mureș approved the granting of de minimis aid to three commercial companies in the city. It is about SC INCUBCENTER SRL Târgu Mureș, SC TOPMED INVEST LOGISTIC SRL and “Cocoșul de Aur” – owned by SC ROMUR SA.

In the case of INCUBCENTER, it is about the exemption from the payment of the tax on buildings and land due to the local budget for the year 2024 in the amount of 268,785 lei, the equivalent of 54,031.47 euros, at the exchange rate of the BNR of 29.12.2023.

For TOPMED, the aid consists of a 50% reduction in the building tax for fiscal year 2024, in the amount of 136,054 lei.

ROMUR SA will benefit from an aid consisting in the exemption from paying the tax for the building located in Târgu Mureș, Călărașilor street no. 106, registered in CF no. 134907, cadastral number 134907-C1, “Cocoșul de aur” restaurant, former Burger House.

These de minimis aids, consisting of tax exemptions, are granted on the basis of the law.

In Thursday’s meeting, the councilors voted on tax benefits for the payment of local taxes for companies, in order to attract investments in the municipality of Târgu Mureș. To benefit from the provided de minimis aid, companies must meet a number of conditions, among which we mention:

– they have no disputes with the local council of the municipality of Târgu Mureş, with the Municipality of Târgu Mureş or with the Local Fiscal Directorate of Târgu Mureş;

– makes investments in the territory of the municipality of Târgu Mureş of at least 250,000 euros, including housing investments with a value of at least 250,000 euros;

– at the time of submitting the application, new jobs are already created in the municipality of Târgu Mureş, as a result of the realization of the investment, as follows:

– medium enterprises – at least 10 new jobs

– micro-enterprises and small enterprises – at least 3 new jobs.
