Poco it’s a valuable brand for Xiaomi, Pocophone smartphones being highly appreciated by users in Europe and India. Well, POCO is entering the tablet market soon, and we’ve known this detail for a few weeks now. Initially we thought it was an exclusive tablet launched by POCO, but recently it has emerged that it is a rebranded variant of the Redmi Pad Pro. Below we have details.

Apparently the new tablet would simply be called “POCO Pad” and was listed in the certifications with the model number 2405CPCFBG. It will run Android 14 alongside the HyperOS 1.0 interface, support Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and charge at 33W per wire. The FCC listing reveals that we are talking about a rebranded variant of the Redmi Pad Pro. The good thing is that this Redmi tablet hasn’t debuted globally, but it has attractive specs.

We are talking about a well-finished aluminum body, a generous 12.1-inch display, with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels. It comes with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor under the hood, 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM, but also 128 GB or 256 GB of storage. The tablet will receive a battery of 10,000mAh and as I said above, it benefits from 33W power per wire.

It would also support a stylus, such an accessory being certified by POCO some time ago. It remains to be seen at what price the tablet will be launched. If it comes to an amount of approximately 1300-1400 lei, it would be quite an attractive option.
