In the last few days, taking advantage of the disastrous sporting situation of the Dinamo team (the only one that really matters for the red-and-white supporters, obviously the one in League 1) and feeling that there is a need for a scandal, a trumpet appeared in the media trying to enter thanks to the “indisputable” Dynamoist Nicolae Badea.
With a mysterious and falsely prophetic air, Mr. Dănuț Lupu, former great football player and current ex-convict, just released on parole from prison and appointed as sports manager of the AFC Dinamo-Badea team from the IV League, announces according to Prosport: “Nicolae Badea gives the coup d’état to Dinamo from the Superliga and forces it to change its coat of arms to the “red dogs”! Dănuț Lupu’s announcement: “He won’t play with her again from next year” and Fanatik: “Disaster is announced for Dinamo! “He will no longer be able to use the coat of arms with the dogs next season, it belongs to Mr. Nicolae Badea.”
What the multiple criminal convicts fail to trumpet both in Romania and in other countries is the real situation of Mr. Badea’s company: for 14 years insolvent, he received a heavy blow from the Bucharest Tribune by civil sentence 399 of February 14, 2024: i sa rejected the modified reorganization plan by which he intended not to pay around 9 million euros to his creditors, especially to the budget – Public Finance Administration Sector 1.
In a last attempt to postpone the inevitable bankruptcy (no one imagines that the shareholder Nicolae Badea will make a capital contribution of 9 million euros in this company in the next 3 months in order to be able to pay the creditors and be able to continue its activity in IV or III League), AFC Dinamo-Badea filed a formal appeal, which received on April 25 the Court of Appeal’s deadline for June 4, 2024.
So we are all waiting for the final decision already known but much too long postponed for this company.
Curiously, however, this logo with the dogs, which, according to Dănuț Lupu, “gives the blow” and “announces the disaster”, does NOT appear as an asset in the possession of AFC Dinamo-Badea, it was not evaluated as an asset of this company in the procedure of insolvency and therefore no one can force SC Dinamo 1948 SA to stop using it.
But yes, in order to “cut” once and for all this sick connection, it would be necessary to do that much-requested rebranding by the majority of supporters, to the only Dinamo that everyone recognizes: the club from League 1 – SC Dinamo 1948 TO.
But it’s time to discuss this issue in the summer, after the sports situation will be resolved well with the rescue from relegation and then the insolvency situation will also be closed.
But until then, let’s keep our eyes on this file as well, let’s see the final decision of the Court for the bankruptcy of AFC Dinamo-Badea.
