  • SuperLiga: Dinamo – VoluntariFriday, 20:00, DGS 1

  • La Liga: Real Sociedad – Real MadridFriday, 22:00, DGS 2

The 6th stage of the play-off Super Leaguethe 2023/2024 edition, ended with the match between University of Craiova and CFR Cluj, score 0-1.

FCSB can become champion in the 7th round only with a draw against Farului

Following the results of the 6th stage of the SuperLiga play-off, FCSB can mathematically take the title in the next round.

If Craiova University was defeated by CFR Cluj at home, and those from Farul defeated Rapid, score 3-1, the “red-blues” drew on Sepsi’s field, score 2-2.

Thus, in the next round, those from FCSB can become champions only with a draw in the duel at home with Farul, from the 7th stage of the SuperLiga play-off.

With a draw, FCSB would maintain their 11-point lead over Farul. And even if Universitatea Craiova and CFR Cluj were to prevail in the matches against Rapid and Sepsi, the “red-blues” could not be overtaken in the standings until the end of the season, as Elias Charalambous’s students did not benefit from the rounding of points at the entrance in the play-offs, as happened with the other teams.

With a victory over Farul, FCSB no longer has any doubts and grabs the title. With a defeat, the “red-blue” title party is postponed.
