OnePlus Nord 4 appears in Geekbench and receives new certifications; It will tick a small downgrade in the loading chapter

--

It has long been rumored that the OnePlus Nord 4 is actually a rebranded variant of the OnePlus Ace 3V, already launched in China. It is true that there is a good chance that these terminals will be similar in design, but there may be differences in hardware or functions. Recently the Nord 4 received several certifications and made an appearance in Geekbench. We thus find out what differences appear between the two models. I have details below.

In Geekbench the smartphone appears with the model number CPH2621 and has a processor under the hood Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, exactly the one integrated on the Ace 3V model. It obtained a score of 1875 points (single-core) and 4934 points (multi-core), respectively, and the tested prototype has 12 GB of RAM. We also learn that it runs Android 14, so the interface applied over it would be OxygenOS 14.

It also received Eurofins certification, and thus we learn that the battery will indeed have 5500 mAh. However, it looks like the Nord 4 will bring a load level downgrade. Ace 3V supports 100W charging in China, but the OnePlus Nord 4 seems to charge at only 80W per wire. There have been such differences in the past for globally rebranded devices, so we can’t say we’re surprised.

Otherwise, it seems that we are talking about two identical models. It brings a 16 MP front camera, and a 50 mpx wide dual setup at the back (Sony LYT-600, f/1.8, OIS) + 8 mpx ultrawide (IMX355). We have optical fingerprint scanner integrated in the display, IP54 certification, stereo speakers.

The launch of the OnePlus Nord 4 should happen soon, although the company has not given details yet. It is possible that a teasing campaign will start in the next period.
