At a height of 1.58 meters, weighing 182 kg. A young woman with a 100 kg cyst amazed the doctors

A fluid-filled cavity has formed on one of the woman’s ovaries, the University Clinical Hospital in the city of Rzeszów, in the southeast of the country, announced on Thursday.

“The extirpated tumor had a diameter of approximately one meter,” said Dr. Anna Bogaczyk from the hospital’s gynecology department.

According to the hospital, the woman went to the doctor a week ago. At a height of 1.58 meters, she weighed 182 kilograms.

The examinations were very difficult because the patient did not fit in the CT scanner due to her enormous abdominal circumference.

“As a team of doctors, we didn’t know exactly what we were dealing with,” said Tomasz Kluz, head of the gynecology department.

During the surgical intervention, the doctors drained approximately one hundred liters of fluid and then removed the cyst. They found no other pathological changes in the pelvis or abdomen.

The patient stated that she did not go to the doctor sooner because she was afraid.
