ANAF Sibiu auctions a buildable plot of land in Cristian commune

ANAF is auctioning for the second time a buildable plot of land in Cristian commune, Sibiu county. The auction will take place on May 15.

The County Administration of Public Finances Sibiu, through the Collection and Enforcement Service, is selling this month a plot of land with an area of ​​500 square meters on the UAT Cristian radius. The starting price of the auction is 38,025 lei.

In order to participate in the auction, bidders must submit, at least one day before the auction date, several documents, namely the purchase offer, proof of the payment of the participation fee or the establishment of the guarantee in the form of a letter of guarantee, representing
10% of the starting price of the auction, the power of attorney of the person representing the bidder, but also the declaration on the bidder’s own responsibility certifying that he is not the person interposed with the debtor.

Also, foreign legal entities must also submit the registration document translated into Romanian, and foreign natural persons must also add a copy of their identity document or passport. Romanian natural persons must also submit a copy of their identity document.
