Alternative traffic on DN 55, in the town of Sadova, in Dolj county. Six people are involved in the road accident, after the impact between two cars. Unfortunately, one of the victims did not respond to resuscitation maneuvers, being declared dead.
The police are on the spot to establish the exact causes of the event and to streamline the traffic. Also, according to ISU Dolj, several intervention and first aid crews were assigned to the scene.
“Road accident in which two cars are involved, in the radius of the town of Sadova. It resulted in 6 victims. The following forces were sent to intervene and provide medical aid: a water truck, a truck transporting people and multiple victims, a TIM ambulance, a medical first aid crew and 3 SAJ crews. According to IPJ Dolj, the police went to the scene and established that a car driven by a 75-year-old man, from the Rojişte commune, on DN 55, in the radius of the Sadova locality, in the direction of Bechet, for the following reasons be determined following the investigations, he would have entered the opposite direction of travel, colliding with a car driven by a 25-year-old man from Bechet.
As a result of the road accident, unfortunately, the 75-year-old driver died. Also, the other driver, as well as 3 other people, passengers in the car driven by him and a woman, passenger in the car driven by the 75-year-old man, required medical care.
The 25-year-old driver was tested with the breathalyzer, the result being negative.
