Yesterday, May 7, the criminal investigation officers from the 4th Pitești Police Department completed the investigations in a criminal case under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Pitesti District Court.

It is about a case concerning the commission of the crime of qualified theft.

The researches target a 35-year-old man from the commune of Șițesti in Argeș.

The individual was already under preventive arrest in another criminal case regarding similar facts.

“Investigations established that on April 7 this year, between 11:45 and 13:30, the person in question broke into a box of an apartment block in Pitesti,” states IPJ Argeș.

From there, the man in question allegedly stole several goods.

The value of the damage is estimated at approximately 500 lei.

The case file was submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Pitesti Court, with a proposal to send it to court, the cited source also informs.
