The Flower Festival, the biggest event in Mureș county dedicated to flowers, will take place on Sunday, May 12, in Curteni village, Sântana de Mureș commune, on the sports field.
It will be a symphony of colors, smells and shapes, and hundreds of species of flowers for decorating terraces, balconies and courtyards, ornamental plants, trees, shrubs and aromatic plants will be exhibited and sold by the more than 45 florists of the commune, within the flower fair, which will be open between 10:00 and 20:00.
During the 22nd edition of the event, the organizers prepared a series of surprises for the participants. For the little ones, gardening workshops will be organized, where they will learn how to plant and care for flowers. In addition, there will also be a special area for children with games, manual activities and face painting.
The artistic program on stage will be extremely diverse. Both local dancers and performers, as well as children from the community, students from the Popular Arts School in Târgu Mureș and guests from abroad prepared a captivating show, adapted to all tastes.
In addition to the flower stalls, the fair will also feature producers of local delicacies and small artisans, and those looking to treat themselves to a snack will have a wide range of local treats to choose from.
