Two children were involved in an accident in the Nou village in Sibiu county. The two drove the ATV into a parked car. The teenagers are currently in a stable condition and are expected to be discharged in the coming days.

The accident took place on Tuesday evening, in Nou village, Roșia commune. The two teenagers, aged 16, were on an ATV, and at one point they hit a parked car. The teenagers suffered minor head injuries. They were consulted by doctors and currently their health condition is improving and they will be discharged in the next few days.

“The two teenagers involved in last night’s road accident presented themselves to the CPU service of the Sibiu Pediatric Clinical Hospital conscious, hemodynamically and respiratoryly balanced, with mild traumatic craniofacial injuries. Imaging investigations, specialist consultations were performed and they remained hospitalized in the Pediatric Surgery department for supervision and treatment. The evolution is good and discharge is expected in a few days”, said Ioana Mătăcuță, spokesperson of the Sibiu Pediatric Clinical Hospital.
