The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) issued, on Wednesday, a code yellow warning of torrential rains, electrical discharges and hail, for several counties in the country, including Cluj. According to this situation, a hydrological yellow code warning was also issued on the rivers Someşul Mic, Someş and Crasna.

Code Yellow is in effect from Wednesday, May 8 at 12:00 PM until Thursday, May 9 at 8:00 AM.
In the Someș-Tisa area, watercourse sectors from the Someșul Mic, Someș and Crasna hydrographic basins are targeted, according to the Someș-Tisa Watershed Administration.
The hydrological warning mainly concerns the phenomena of important leaks on slopes, torrents and streams, rapid floods on small rivers with possible local flooding effects.
